What is Medical Qi-gong?

Most of us only notice how much tension we carry when something starts to hurt — or when we feel out of balance.

Qi-gong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese healing practice that combines gentle movement, breath, and focused awareness to restore the natural flow of energy in the body.

It is often described as meditation in movement — a simple yet powerful way to release blocked energy, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself.

How sessions work

Sessions are usually 90 minutes and include gentle movement, breathwork, and short moments of stillness.

Each session is adapted to your current state — there is no pressure to perform, only space to arrive as you are.

This is not a fitness class.

It is a guided process where you learn to listen to your body and gradually restore balance from within.

  • 🌿 Online sessions (after a personal foundation of 5–10 sessions)
